A media wall brings the screen, storage and surrounding furniture into one composition. The aim is a fitted piece that feels proportionate to the room rather than a collection of separate elements.
Before a quotation is prepared, we establish what needs to be displayed, stored and kept within reach. That gives the design a clear brief without assuming every wall needs the same arrangement.
What do media walls and TV units cost?
There is no useful single price for every media wall. The measured room and agreed design turn the starting figure into an itemised quotation.

What is planned into a media wall?
PlanningThe television position establishes the viewing height and the main proportions. Closed cupboards and open sections are then arranged around what should be hidden, displayed or reached often.
The equipment list matters because consoles, speakers, boxes and routers may need cable routes, air circulation and access. Those requirements are agreed before the furniture design is approved.
Integrated lighting can be included where specified, with its position agreed as part of the design.
How long does it take?
Lead time and time in the room are two different parts of the programme.

What is it made from?
The visible finish is chosen for the room; the construction behind it is chosen for stability.
Media walls and TV units are available in painted MR MDF, melamine and decorative boards, or natural wood veneer, with a wide choice of colours and finishes.
How is it fitted?
The final fit matters as much as the design on paper.
| Scribing | Walls, floors and ceilings are rarely straight, so the furniture is scribed, cut to follow the line of the room, rather than left with gaps. Fitted and finished, it should look like one piece that belongs in the room. |
| Clearing up | Floors and the surrounding area are protected before work starts, and dust extraction runs throughout. The area is tidied at the end of each day, and waste and off-cuts leave with us at the end. |
What happens afterwards?
The guarantees and adjustment period begin once the installation is complete.
| Guarantee | 2 years on installation and workmanship, and 10 years on the structural integrity of the joinery. Hinges, runners and other hardware are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. |
| Adjustments | If doors, drawers or other moving parts require adjustment during the 2-year aftercare period, we will return and adjust them. |

Asked before enquiring
QuestionsDo I need to have chosen the television before enquiring?
Send the television model if it is known. If not, the intended screen size is enough for the first conversation. The exact dimensions need to be settled before the final layout is agreed.
Does the quotation include electrical and AV work?
Electrical and AV work is not automatically part of the cabinetry. If either is required, it needs to be agreed and listed in the scope before work begins.
